Motion
Change cannot occur in a motionless vacuum. Stillness is a valuable tool, but its axle opposite and necessary counterpart is motion. Each contributes to the process of change, and without either change will not flow.
Motion is not "do, do, do." It is the process of movement that is not harried, stilted, jagged, rushed, frustrated, compelled, or otherwise forced. Just as stillness is not a frantic effort to get rid of thought or not move. There has to be the semblance of balance, harmony and flow.
A wall encountered will not simply dissipate, just as the obstacles we encounter in life will not simply disappear if we ignore them long enough. Motion is vital.
Here is a tip: any positive or constructive action, no matter how small, is enough to start the ball rolling. It's all you need - just a tiny action. If you want to get your body moving, but you can't, commit to walking in place for 1 minute, three times a day. It's so small, it's almost invisible, but it is motion and it will start things moving.
Don't wait for motion to happen to you - the outcome of those situations can often be so very painful. Find a way to move something in your life through your own willingness to make any small movement you are capable of. And then - watch how it creates a chain reaction.
Blessings.
