Loneliness is the highest stress of the human

"Loneliness is the highest stress of the human."

But the Grand Illusion is if we believe we are separate at all. It is the ego that would have us believe we are alone: we stand tall, proud, alone, the classic figure at the edge of the ocean or on the top of the mountain, silhouetted, all by himself...nope.

The reason loneliness causes so much stress is because it defies the deepest Truth of God that we each have inside of ourselves. We are One. There are no ifs, ands or buts about it. Everything is energy - a person, a chair, a flower - we are all just particles of energy with different frequencies. Even the feeling of separation is just an illusion. We need only move into the place of love, remove ourselves from the place of fear, to know that the particles that make up our own being, and the particles that make up the rest of the life form, are all a part of the cosmic, poetic dance of life.

Loneliness is a symptom of disconnection, and that, in itself, produces an enormous level of stress in the human. When we feel lonely it is because we are in some way disconnected; it is a very useful tool to help us become aware of that disconnect, so that we can take action to get connected again. We can breathe, we can move our bodies, we can meditate, we can pray, we can do whatever it takes to bring ourselves to Presence.

Above all we can find the place of gratitude within ourselves, because it is there that we can feel the connection we share with all of life. In gratitude we can acknowledge that this moment, right here, right now is a Perfect Part of the Perfect Whole, and we can rejoice in it.

Blessings.
