Breathe - Breathe - Breathe

Breathe, breathe, breathe. It all comes back to breath. Whatever is going on, breathing helps.

Long deep breathing: centers your energy, brings you back to the present and calms.


Left nostril breathing: calms you down


Right nostril breathing: lifts you up a bit


Alternate nostril breathing: balances the brain hemispheres, overall balancing and calming


Sitali pranayam: cools you off, helps get rid of excess heat

Breath of fire: energizing, heats

There are even more! The study of breath is as powerful as the study of meditation and often to two go hand in hand.

Today - take control Instead of just complaining about how you feel, take an active role. Learn how to breathe long and deeply and get rid of your stress and so on. It's up to you.

We are not a circumstance of life, we are the circumstance of our actions.

Go for it.
