Who can see us when we walk outside under cover? Are we even visible under our self-created labels, our society-defined labels, our genetically defined labels?
We think we're living out loud, we think we're going out to meet people, do things, live life - and yet we're hidden under the umbrella of our cell phones, our laptops, our wireless connectedness, under all our outer shells defined by our labels of who we think we are - - how much is the inside visible under so much cover??
What's the answer? Take off the cover??? Can we stop shielding ourselves from human contact through the invisible walls of our wireless connectedness, and atatchment to the label definitions?
Can we study presence? When we're eating, can we study every part of every movement, every taste, every sendation? When we are walking can we study the motion of our bodies and the body's amazing complexity? When we are breathing can we study the flow of air and how it expands and fills us before being released?
It's impossible to live our passion if we are invisible, hidden under cover. The passion has no way out o those self-imposed barriers and nothing can get in either.
Live out louder! Come out from the isolation under cover and become part of life.
Blessings.
