You've heard it before right? What you resist persists...but how comes it? The vibrational frequency you create by thought patterns that are constantly harrowing in on the one single thing you want to avoid is the vibrational frequency of the thing you want to avoid.
When you say, I hate doing this, I hate doing this, I hate doing this, the 'this' will of course persist, because that's what your thoughts are generating a vibrational frequency for. It's like saying over and over again, I won't think about X, I won't think about X, I won't think about X, I won't think about X. What are you doing? You are thinking about X, of course. Non stop.
If you've got something stuck in your consciousness, it is because it is asking for your attention so that it can be released. All friction is a cry for help. So you hate being alone all the time, well consider that the "hate" is friction calling for your attention. What lies underneath that? What does being alone signify? Eating alone, cleaning up the dishes alone, doing things alone? All friction is a cry for help. So take some positive action and do something about it. Start hosting potlucks, arrange for weekend outings with a group of similarly situated people, start a book club, a savings club, a Whist club, a ladies night out, a men's football night. It doesn't really matter what you do, just that you do it.
What are you resisting? Look behind it, underneath it, and find out what the resistance is covering up. And then make some plans for action to change the circumstances. If you resist falling for the resistance, life - in all it's glory, joy, fun, love, and exuberance - will persist.
