Infinite Possibilities

The best and fastest way to get stuck is to decide that life needs to look like THIS. You might say, "I need a million dollars." or "I need to get married." but these are incomplete and create only illusory pictures of some illusory future with no grounding in reality. What is it you are really seeking? The money? Or the comfort money can provide you? The marriage ceremony, or the components of a shared life?

It's so easy to get stuck on these pictures, but they are so incomplete. To reach a place of contentment, we absolutely have to look at the experiences we are reaching towards, rather than these picture perfect images we have that we think will give us those experiences.

Ask for what you want from the Universe, but be clear about it. "I want to share in the joy of a lifestyle partnership, where this is joy in cooking and eating together, taking adventures together, having children together," or whatever, but be clear about the experience you want. "I want to enjoy the comfort of a home that is completely green, I want to feel comfortable about retiring early so that I can (XYZ), I want to be able to travel to Europe at least twice a year, I want to..." be clear about what the experience is that you want money to provide for you.

And then let the Universe provide it by staying open to the unlimited and vast resources and possibilities the Universe has to offer. So you marry someone who looks different from your "ideal" man or woman, but you experience the things you were truly yearning for. So you find that you are talented at making money at doing something you never even knew you had a talent for.

Getting clear about the experiences you want will help the Universe provide them for you. Let go of that stuck old picture that it you think it has to look like and open yourself to the infinite possibilities instead. Life has an amazing and uncanny way of ensuring that those come about.
