Kindness

Kindness is selfless and it is one of the highest services we can perform as humans on the planet. There is no reward for kindness, and kindness offered for a reward is not kindness at all but manipulation.

Kindness is such a simple thing, and brings such light and joy to the lives of those around us. And all it requires is that we step outside of ourselves for a tiny moment and think of how to interact with someone in a way that will easily flow with that person's energy. It's not about you.

Life is such an intricate process of learning and growth opportunities. And we are all in that same boat. If you are tired, think how tired the next person must be. If you are frustrated, think how frustrated someone else must be. If you are wishing things were different, think how many others wish that as well. We all struggle with finding grace, beauty, love, acceptance and joy in life among the struggles of working, earning a living, surviving the times, raising a family, and having a life.

Kindness goes such a long way in creating graceful environments where that can happen for other people; and it mellows the vibrational frequency you dwell in to a condition of grace, where you can't help but get kindness back.

Don't complain that there is not enough kindness around you, be the driving force instead. Go silently about your business in a kind way and watch how contagious it becomes over time.
