"It’s Not Fair"

Do you hear people say, "It's not fair?" It's kind of a hard situation to deal with - because life doesn't really seem fair sometimes. You might want to console that person, or agree with them, or disagree.

We are given challenges in this lifetime and no, they don't seem fair, but is fairness the point? All of these challenges are growth opportunities; they are all perfect in their own way, offering us the opportunity to learn something very specific which is perfect for us right Here and Now.

In the moment it's incredibly difficult to stand back and see just how "fair" things are, but in hindsight, many of those challenging things can actually be seen as the stars of the show which led us on to receive profound and incredible gifts. Not only were they fair, they were a special opportunity to become better and greater people within ourselves.

"It's not fair" implies that something outside of yourself is responsible for your happiness in life. In the moment it might seem difficult, but transform "It's not fair!" into gratitude instead. "Thank you for this moment," is way more empowering; it brings happiness back to you.

Blessings.
