Spread Your Wings

Remember that old gospel song..."One of these mornings, you're gonna rise up singing child, yes, you will spread your wings and take to the sky..."

It is a life of mixed messages. On the one hand you know that the sky's the limit, and on the other you are held down by fear, held back by some semblance of love; yes you can take to the sky, but you have to figure out how yourself. Not only how, but you also have to give yourself the big push off, pick yourself up after any failed attempts, and find the courage to go after it again. This is the thing - nothing should ever stop you from living. And nothing can - unless you let it.

You were born to spread your wings and take to the sky, you were born to make manifest the greatness within you, you were born to bless those around you and there is no greater way to bless than to live your greatness. No matter what you think holds you back, it is only you.

And here's a tip - start with joy and happiness. Find one thing that brings you joy or happiness and make sure you do it regularly. And then find more. Life is calling - will you spread your wings and take to the sky with it?
