Suspend Reality

The ugly truth of change is...It's scary. It's different, it's unknown, we don't know what's going to happen, how things will turn out or if we will be happy at the turn in the road. But that doesn't transform the need for change. It's good to challenge yourself. It's good to go through some of that fear and come out the other end the victor, knowing you came through even though you shook and cringed a little.

You can't vibrate the frequency of what you want to become if you are constantly wallowing in the things you don't like about your life or yourself. Sometimes it's good to let go of the constant vibration of what you don't like. But it's only fear of change that stops us. And we have to step outside of this box, we have to say - "OK, so I don't know how it's going to turn out, but what the heck, I'm game, I'll try something."

This spontaneity is the driving force of being able to think outside the box, of being able to vibrate outside of what is. Just think how hard it is to vibrate wealth when you are struggling to make the bills each month, or how hard it is to vibrate a harmonious relationship when you are alone for years and years. Being willing to change in small (or large) measures takes you out of the routine. The euphoria that comes out of trying something you're afraid of is a driving force in being able to envision (and vibrate) a different future.

There just isn't one without the other. Today - think about simple and easy ways to suspend reality a little in your life. Do something different, take a risk, change something about your life, evolve yourself into the life you want to be living, the life where you shine because you are simply living in your greatness.

Blessings.
