The Point of No Return

Life culminates in a series of ups and downs and knock-you-downs, tipsy-topsy-turvy moments of every imaginable color, flavor, texture, size, shape, and outcome. And through all of that there is only one point of no return - that is the moment of complete and total presence.

It's so easy to struggle and struggle against feeling. In fear of pain we end up blocking out everything else too, including the thing we want most, love. Presence is the state of being that you just let that feeling be - feel it, let it go, feel it, let it go, feel it, let it go, because once you have felt it, here and now, in it's entirety, it no longer has the need to come back; your presence was the point of no return.

That point is incredibly and delightfully liberating. The point of no return is the corner you turn when you allow the old to leave and you move forward into your new, unencumbered life.

Here's a quick step check:
1. Take three really deep, long breaths in and out.
2. Close your eyes and feel what you feel.
3. Know with certainty that this moment is perfect.

This is not a cure for the woes of the world, it will not stop you from experiencing pain, but it will stop you from stopping yourself from living, if you can get in the habit of recognizing that this moment, right here, right now, is completely perfect.

Blessings.
