The Energy of Change

The action it takes to change is not necessarily a list of pre-designated Things To Do, it is not about tasks and chores and to-do lists, although there are plenty of actions that can fall into those categories.

To change requires an energy, a willingness not to stop; ways we stop are through complaining, blaming others outside of ourselves, resistance, resentment, and anger. Anytime we allow ourselves to fall into these patterns, change comes to a halt. And anytime we are willing to do whatever it takes in our power not to allow ourselves to fall into these patterns, we are enabling ourselves in the continual process of change.

This enabling, this is the action of change. It encompasses the energy of inner movement and this underlines the changes we manifest in our physical world. Come into the energy of change - and the world is yours.

Every day we can choose to dwell in the energy of change, to invite happiness into our lives, or not. As always, choose well.

Blessings.
