Outside monsoon winds are HOWLING sending the reminder that everythng changes, the shape of a mountain, the branches of a tree, the things you thought you knew so well.
And it is good so. If you make it an exercise, change gets easier. Write down one thing you are going to do different today and everyday, and do it. Sit with the differences - how it feels, why it feels that way, absorb it, drink it in. There - you have practiced change.
Sure that sounds easy, but it isn't. For a day or two you'll be able to think of lots of fun and easy things to do different, but when you run out of those, you'll start reaching towards finding different things, it will begin to challenge you to think outside the box and then the real adventure starts.
So let the winds howl, open your arms, embrace the howl and the wind and move with it. You will find that it gives you everything.
