Oh So Perfect

Life is a series of processes, learning processes which make up the evolution of human consciousness. We learn lessons, we achieve greater awareness, we raise our consciousness, we fall on our butts. Ooops.

In the desire for our oh soperfect worlds, there isn't supposed to be that "oops," is there? We're not really supposed to fall on our butts, are we?

This is what my teacher said: "If you want to learn something, read it. If you want to understand something, write it. If you want to master something, teach it."

Knowledge isn't enough, we have to embody things. We think that just learning it is enough, but it's not. We take things to the next level by experiencing them and integrating them into our very being. You can read all about the rules of prosperity. You can write about it. But when you start teaching it, you start embodying it.

So, then is it perfect? No way- each time we reach another level, we end up on our butts again, because it takes new knowledge, new experience, and new effort to integrate an even higher level of consciousness.

Life is a never ending process - until death do us part. There is no oh so perfect world. It is a spiral of ever higher reaching consciousness, where we climb a bit, things level out and then we climb a bit more. Perfection is completely static, dull, bland, non-moving, non-changing, and dead.

Forget prefection and choose the never-ending process of life instead. Learn lessons, achieve higher consciousness, fall on your butt, get up and do it all again.

Blessings.
