You are so beautiful. I find this is something people actually crave hearing. We don't say it to each other enough, we don't acknowledge the beauty we see in each other enough. And we don't show ourselves and our own beauty enough. We are caught up in a world of deceptive illusion - airbrushing, and nips and tucks, and all sorts of enhancements that focus our attention on the outer shell.
Beauty is what is underneath the cover. Show yourself. Drop the layers of protective covering, and be willing to reveal who you really are. That is where beauty is. You glow when you are in a state of grace. You shine when you radiate love. You emanate your inner beauty when you are whole within yourself, when you can revel in the rightness, the Suchness of the moment, and the knowledge that you are one part of the macrocosm that wouldn't be whole or complete without you.
It is when we can stop the egomania that our minds can clear from the full-throttle thought process that reacts in fear to what hasn't happened, and really come to the moment without pre-conception and judgment. The mind likes to believe it is in charge, so that, in itself, is no easy feat; but what a gift it is when we can silence it!
That silence is the willingness to be present, the willingness to risk being hurt, the willingness to be the Light, the willingness to love no matter what. It becomes the synchronistic experience of breath merged with movement, the fluid flow of poetry in motion, the inherent willingness to just be, but to be consciously.
So, meditate. Bring your mind to the state of being where it is no longer trying to be something other than it is, trying to make the moment something other than it is, trying to protect you from experiencing it lest you should be hurt. Meditate to the place of silence. In that momentary silence the true depth of your being is given permission to shine, and in that moment everything you experience is beautiful. You are so beautiful because you have embraced the moment completely; and in thanks it reflects only beauty back to you.
Blessings.
