If You Had a Moment, What Would You Do?

If you had a moment, what would you do? Would you take a nap? Play guitar? Read a book with your child? Would you book a trip to take that awesome trek you've been dreaming of? Would you take a walk to see the sunset?

Would you read a book you've been wanting to read? Would you drink tea and chat with a friend? Would you write a poem? Would you make love? Would you pull out pad and paper and sketch?

Would you breathe deeply? Would you stretch your body? Would you take the quiet into deep meditation? Would you take a picture? Would you clean the back room? Would you drive to some remote mountain diner and eat?

Would you clear off your desk? Would you drop into a shop? Would you bounce a baby on your knee? Would you call your folks? Would you sit in silence and savor a cup of coffee? Would you drink water from a mountain stream? Would you call a fellow fighting in Iraq? Would you play cards with your buds? Would you watch a movie?

here's the deal - the moment's yours. Now what are you going to do with it? Stop thinking about living. Just live.

Blessings.
