Reservoirs

In the healing world, reservoirs are where the nasties hang out to do their damage again and again, mostly because they are nearly invisible in their little hideaways. The rest of life has these reservoirs too. These are the scars, the wounds, the secret dark places deep, deep inside of us that hold the pus and the poison of resentment, anger, pain, fear and even hatred.

These seemingly "little" things are what feed the bacteria and the viruses that turn our life into misery both in the physical realm and the emotional and spiritual realms and they are so not worth it. We think - oh it was a long time ago, or oh it doesn't matter, or we bury them so we don't see them anymore and imagine that they are gone - but it only takes a little bit of poison to poison the rest and unfortunately it's not so visible. We start blaming our lives, our spouses, our jobs, or whatever, and really all the times it's that poison underneath.

Do whatever it takes to get it out. My friend said today that the number one way to alkalize your body is meditation and prayer (magnets are the #2!!!) - and that's a good place to start, but really, do whatever it takes. Look through your life, comb through it with a fine-toothed comb, bring up the wounds and the scars and the secret dark places and pour light on them until all the nasties evaporate into the light. Let go of all that pain, all of that anger, all of that fear, all of that resentment - let all go dear, so comes love.

Blessings
