Finding Hope

Finding Hope
In the face of all aridity and disenchantment, there is naught to do but...

1) Practice gratitude. Start writing your 50-Things-I'm-Grateful-For list, every single day. Don't make excuses. Gratitude is the most incredible tool to find hope, joy, grace and aall that is wonderful in life.

2) Go out into the world and bless the world. Find a way to serve. Serve food in a homeless shelter, do your parents laundry, volunteer at an old folks' home, take your friends' kids out for a day in the park, think outside of YOU, there is plenty that needs to be done which would welcome willing hands to do it.

3) Read scriptures, chant mantras, sing holy songs. Uplift your very vibration through the sacred technique known to every spiritual practice of singing holy words.

4) Join the Complaint-Free-World campaign and get through 21 days without complaining. It is a magically transforming experience to bring yourself to the place of making change rather than complaining about the way things are.

Life is too short. There just isn't time to sit around in regret. Life calls to action - you are presented with the choice between the hopelessness of aridity and disenchantment, and taking the action ncessary to make your life fulfilling, loving, nurturing, HAPPY!

Go for it!

Blessings.
