Keep up! Life takes action, and sometimes it takes action upon action upon action. Sitting there with ideas doesn't do anything, you have to act on the ideas. Sitting there wishing things were different isn't clear enough, and it won't change anything. Sitting there not doing anything doesn't DO anything.
To change something takes action, repetetive action, consistent action, and action that follows through. So here are some simple steps:
1. Write down what you want to change, describe it clearly. Not just "I want a job" but "I want a job where I get to be active, where I can earn X-amount, where I can do this and this." Not just, "I want to lose weight" but "I want to lose weight by a, b, c and do x, y, z."
2. Write down 5 things you can do to get there.
3. Do one thing on your list each day. Each time the to-do items on your list get ticked off, create 5 more.
4. Set a check-in date. Check in after a week, or 2, or 40 days, or 6 months, but check in and make sure things are going well.
Things just don't happen by themselves. There have to be clear goals, clear objectives, and clear tasks to accomplish what you want to accomplish. But that's not rocket science. You can do it. Set you mind to it and just start.
