This was posted by a friend today and it was so amazing, I've been meditating on it all day:
The four graces of Ho’oponopono: “I am sorry, I love you, please forgive me, thank you.”"
If there was nothing else in the world, this would be enough, it encompasses every important facet of life - -peace, love, intimacy, personal growth, forgiveness, gratitude...on the list goes. In it we find the essence of recognizing that everyone and everything is a perfect part of a Perfect Whole.
There are no walls, no barriers, it is provoking and confronting in peaceful truth, it is compassionate and kind. There is no wrong you could do against someone with this as their lifelong mantra and belief. For whatever happened, they would only say, "I am sorry, I love you, please forgive me, thank you," and there is nothing you can say to that. You can only either leave, or say the same. There is no weapon powerful enough to go up against it, the only thing that can move it at all is adherence to the same principle.
These are words worth noting, worth meditating on, worth memorizing and even worth chanting. It will change you and a change that powerful is worth it.
So, I challenge you to do it with me. repeat 108 times a day for 40 days:“I am sorry, I love you, please forgive me, thank you.”" And let's discuss the healing that happens.
Blessings
