That which is within needs to come out. Who you are, at your very deepest core needs to be realised in your life. We hide what we are because we are afraid of being hurt. We hide what we aren't because we are afraid of being hurt. In the end, who we are is hiding within - all for fear - and it's no good. It needs to come out because when it doesn't, it becomes distorted, dysfunctional, dis-ease.
Henry Ford said, "If you think you can, you're right. If you think you can't you're right." Who you really are needs to be given a clear passage to express itself in the outside world. So there's fear - step through it. So this could happen, so that could happen. Equally those things might not happen. In the end, it's you who decides - whatever you think, you're right.
We wonder how we get so sick, how we get so majorly stressed out, how things literally force their way out of us - - the beauty which we are demands to see daylight. Don't keep it locked up in the dungeons of your fear. Let your heart shine through, let your love shine through, let the truth of your being shine through.
There is nothing greater in life, nothing more satisfying; there is no moment more worthy than this one; there is no one more worthwhile standing up for than this beautiful, light being inside of you.
And it is all a choice. Yours.
Blessings.
