Watch the mantras

It is a time of upheaval, and we are barraged daily, even every moment with fear-based words of the danger that looms. The mantras we repeat - that is what becomes real. We cannot forget the incredible power of our thoughts and words. We are creating the the reality of tomorrow by the thoughts that we harbor.

Every time we say that we are failing, WE FAIL. Everytime we say that we are crumbling, WE CRUMBLE. Every time we foretell a depression, WE CREATE it.

I cannot urge you enough to watch the mantras. Change is always prevelant - it is always scary. But what is going to happen is going to happen - and it will depend primarily on how every one of us is willing to respond to it. I see an opportunity to experience the joy of stone soup rather than the repressive and exhausting energy of soup kitchens. Yes, there is pain, but how long and deep it goes depends on us.

Fear is useless - do you really think that you will not be cared for in some way? Do you really think the end of the world is going to happen if we all end up with no money? What do you really think is going to happen? Are you going to let your neighbor die of hunger? Are you going to let your friends and family suffer?

Your mantras, your thoughts and the choice you make to fear or to love is what will create the outcome of how your world will look - tomorrow and everyday forward. Watch the mantras. Every time you repeat media sensationalism and scare tactics, you are reinforcing the forces of fear. Give yourself the opportunity to look at it differently. Think it through - what would you do if... what would really happen if... and release the fear. Trust yourself to act from the higher place of love. Embrace the unknown with the strength of your knowledge that you are essentially good and will do everything in your power not to fail, not to suffer and not to allow others to suffer as is within your power.

We have to watch the mantras. Please remind yourself in every breath and remind others. We are creating the outcome of whatever situation is at hand by how we think and speak about it.

Blessings.
