Love isn't easy; it's a huge responsibility. Those we touch, we touch forever, the things we do can never be retrieved, they are done. Once we have touched each other, the fingerprints can never be removed. Sometimes those fingerprints leave pain that echoes for lifetimes.
A kiss doesn't take courage; sex doesn't take courage; doing things, and even doing things well doesn't take courage. They are nothing but an infinitesimal moment of convergence. Courage is what it takes to recognize the experience of that infinitesimal moment and to seek with every cell to perpetuate it into infinity.
Love is the opening of the heart that acknowledges that this infinitesimal moment is the most important of all moments because it is here, and it takes courage to embrace it fully. The highest challenges in life are the ones that challenge our authenticity within the willingness to be completely encapsuled in this moment, and then this moment, and then this moment.
It takes the highest degree of courage to open yourself to the intensity of convergence with another human soul to bear witness. And yet it is only in this place of our deepest and most raw authentic beingness that we experience the vibratory frequency of One.
Love isn't easy; it's a huge responsibility. Those we touch, we touch forever, the things we do can never be retrieved, they are done. Once we have touched each other, the fingerprints can never be removed.
May your touch be in the highest degree of courage.
Blessings.
